Day 1: Hanoi arrival (D).
Hanoi is the oldest capital city in Southeast Asia. Up to now, Hanoi has been one of the few cities in Asia left entirely void of the western-style boxy business architecture. We Hanoi people regard our capital city as heart of Vietnam. Hanoi has always been a symbol of culture and a source of pride throughout the history. Arriving at Noi Bai airport in Hanoi, you will be met and driven to your hotel. You will have time to relax after your journey before a ‘Welcome dinner’ at a traditional restaurant with Vietnamese cuisine. In the evening, you will have tickets for a performance of traditional Water Puppetry, an art form unique to northern Vietnam, and a good, light-hearted introduction to its rural culture. You will spend the night in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi – Halong Bay Day Trip (B,L)
Halong bay, the magnificent heritage with its 2000 islands rising from the emerald water of the Gulf of Tonkin. Ha Long is an excellent example of a Karst landscape created by a complex chain during millions of years of geological movement. Let us take you back in time on a fascinating relaxing journey along the Red River Delta to the World Heritage Site, the Halong Bay
After buffet breakfast in the hotel South Pacific Travel's bus and guide will pick you up at 8.00 – 8.30 a.m . On the way to Halong city enjoy the journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta and the scenery of rice fields, water buffalo and everyday Vietnamese village life. Arrive in Halong board boat. Lunch is served with a welcome drink while the boat cruises the bay to enjoy the beautiful limestone seascape. After visiting Amazing cave we stop at a floating house and go kayaking to enjoy the beauty of the bay with stalactite and stalagmite cave (If kayaking is not for your choice you can stay at sundeck, lazy on the chair. And then we take a sunset cruise towards Halong wharf drive back to Hanoi for your overnight stay. 8h30 pm tours ends at your hotel.

Day 3: Hanoi orientation – Sapa (B,L)
You will spend the whole day to discover Hanoi charming ancient capital. Your guide will take you to the Tran Quoc pagoda, Temple of Literature, the first university in Vietnam dating back to the 11th century, and a popular attraction, as is Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, his simple stilt house where he lived and worked and the museum dedicated to his memory, One pillar pagoda. After lunch, you will moved to Van Phuc silk village a small village where families have specialised in weaving and dying silk over centuries, once the creators of fine material for the robes of the Royal court. Experiencing sitting on a cyclo, the popular mean of transport in Hanoi, enjoying views of what is happening on the streets of the Old Quarter. Dinner is for your choice then be ready when guide come to pick you up and transfer to railway station for your night train to Sapa.

Day 4: Lao Cai – Sapa – Cat Cat – Sin Chai – Sapa (B,L,D)
At an elevation of 1,600 meters, Sapa is a delightful former French hill station situated in the mountainous region of Vietnam's northwest, close to the Chinese border. The region is home to many ethnic minority groups, each wearing traditional and colorful attire. This trip includes a trek through the hills and valleys of the Sapa region, discovering several different minorities along the way. You will experience overnight accommodation in the hospitable villages of Giay and Tay ethnic minorities. The apparent hardships are worth it though as we walk through some of the most spectacular scenery that Vietnam has to offer and experience unique villages culture.
We will take 1hr bus ride uphill to the beautiful town of Sapa. The ride gives you a glimpse of the stunning vistas and impressive rice terraces. Upon arrival in Sapa Town we have breakfast in local restaurant.You first sneak through the market and leave the busy town behind. After a couple of minutes, you will follow a road going down hill to Cat Cat village. You will stop by a waterfall and a hydroelectric station. Take a rest here before you trek downhill to get Sin Chai village. Enjoy beautiful scenery on the way back to Sapa town for lunch. You will have free time to discover by yourself in the afternoon. Enjoy Vietnamese cuisine dinner and your overnight will be in Sapa.

Trek: 8km 3hrs trek downhill. Moderate grade
Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Day 5: Sapa – Ma Tra – Ta Phin – Sapa – Lao Cai Station (B,L)
Morning breakfast the we will start from Sapa toward Ma Tra village, 5 km North East of Sapa. From the Matra we will trek 9 km up to Taphin through the forest. Picnic lunch box on the way. Reaching Ta Phin village where we get to know the daily life styles, handicraft tradition and specific custom of the Red Dzao tribe, enjoy landscapes…then back to Sapa for freshen up in the hotel. Dinner will be your choice. Be relax until our driver will come to take you to train station (SP4 21h00)

Day 6: Hanoi arrival – Departure (B)
Arrive in Hanoi at about 4h30. You will be transferred to hotel for freshen up service (shower and buffet breakfast). Be relax until our car will come to take you to the airport for your flight.
